With a length of 44 meters, the Explorer yacht Maverick offers the opportunity to live authentic exploration experiences safely and comfortably even for long periods, reaching the most remote areas of the planet. Hydro Tec was responsible for the exterior design, Naval Engineering and Architecture. Its external lines, inspired by the film Top Gun, feature sharp lines and sinuous curves, with design elements such as the tail fins of the F-14 Tomcat. M/Y Maverick combines functionality and aesthetics with special features that characterize the Flexplorer line, such as the customized crane, with an A-frame that has a lifting capacity of 4000 kg. Once launched the tender, foldable sickles transform the aft deck into a large area of 135 square meters. Powered by two Caterpillar C32 engines, Acert can carry 64,000 liters of fuel, ensuring a range of over 5,000 nautical miles at economic speed, thus ensuring a range that can handle very long trips.
